The only reason for 4-star is because it took 5 separate phone calls and 5 separate people to finally tell me my Service Manager is no longer at Toyota of Greenville...sure, I'll miss him, but what's with the runaround?...doesn't change the fact that I still need service...so much for transparency, huh?...other than that, tire expert is fantastic...and Service Manager that filled in was great as well.

Michael Chatelaine is an excellent service advisor. His advice and recommendations are spot on. He offers his suggestions on services, their criticality and the value versus risk of each one. I want yo keep my car in excellent condition and occasionally the mechanic’s recommendations will err on the side of caution and be of a critical nature. I returned to Toyota of Greenville after trying another dealer for about a year.

My problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired. Also the service was timely and friendly. My only disappointment was the total cost for the repairs was higher than I expected.

When I first called for my maintenance appointment (5k mile required) the man on the phone had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in quite some time. The man that sold me my vehicle happened to pop in to the service department and he went above and beyond to make sure everything I asked for was taken care of everybody that worked 10 May in the morning.
