Everything was very good with the exception of the service drive not matching my oil change price given to me by the service team. How is it possible that the lady who represents service (she did a fantastic job on the phone) was kind enough to grant me a discount on my oil change, send me an amended version of the discount on email (very much appreciated) and when getting billed for it- tell me the oil change will cost over 100.00. She corrected it no problem- but how is it possible that the service person / represents service computer does not talk to the computer / service person in the service drive??? That makes 0 sense. Love Fred- he's awesome- you have an oil change guy in the back - Chase- who took the time to explain some additional needs for my car- really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Keep that guy around. Keep Fred around- they're the kind of people who make a difference in Service and overall in a dealership.

I did ask that the navigation be looked at because it was not using interstates but nothing was done. It appears several options are missing and may need to be upgraded.

It was the best customer service I have ever had at a repair facility in my life. They walked me to the car took the floor mat and seat cover off, took the tag off the mirror handed me my keys, and wished me a safe drive. WOW. I will say, I did not like talking to AI to make the appt. It was my first 5000 mile service and if I would had known they were not going to change my oil. I could have waited for a better day for me. The service was premier once I got there. The waiting area was very comfortable. They came to my car when I pulled in. It is a CLASS ACT for sure.
