Great customer experience, oil and filter change and tire rotation, wait time was under 1 hour, which was outstanding.

Experience was great especially with the salesman we had, no pressure, great communication.

Had an appointment to come into dealership and order a 4runner. Experience was OK, nothing outstanding, but nothing to complain about either. Sales person was polite, offering me his full attention. I appresiate that he offered me the oppertunity to test drive a 4runner before putting a deposite down. I did order a 4runner that day. I wish the sales person would have been more forthcoming with estimates of appoximatly how long it may take before the vehical will arrive onto the lot. I really appresiate that he was not pushy at all, but wish he would have offered some sugestions in the ordering process.
