PLEASE DON'T BUY CAR HERE! This is the review i want to write on yall google map with 1 star. I gave 5 stars on this, bc of only Mino, salesperson. I sold my Camry to Toyota of Greenville and bought a highlander in 5 days ago. Well, yall employees lied to me and were very disrespectful. Especially people in the new building, gave me most rude and terrible experiences. They were so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and lack of communication to customer. I just wanted to sell my car and not buying here at first. But mino was a cool salesperson, so i bought it only bc of him. While other finance guy and Minos boss, they both also said, if i trade instead of selling my Camry here, its easier and faster process for both side. Which were all lies they both were just trying to rush and so i can sign the paper. I sold my car and got a new car on Feb 22nd 2023. I couldnt get my car check that i sold to yall over 5 days. They have been said, my check will be here for 3 days. But every time i visited them, first i have to wait for 2 hours before even talk to people in the office. They said, oh corporate finance are closed on the first day, and it will be here tomorrow. Second day, after 2 hours wait again, my new car is not in processed yet, my check isnt here. They told me this after i waited for 2hrs in there. They kept switch words and played with me. I told them i had to drive from GA which is 2hrs drive. But nobody aplogized to me except Mino. Others were careless, rude and just busy making BS excuses saying, corporate this and corporate that after wasting my time, gas and mileage on my new car. Is this how you guys handle your customers? Why do you guys make lies just to avoid that moment and break the trust easily? How customers suppose to trust the company and keep comes back after gets treated terribly like this? And if you sell a car to someome and gave your title, you are suppose to give the money right there in the spot. Especially dealership finace who works in there, said to me that my check will be here tomorrow for 3 days. It was all lies. They didnt even give me a $1 discount from the sticker when i bought a car here 5 days ago. And one finance lady sitting in the first office on the left. I thought she was a customer and i was employee there. Her service was terribly rude and super disrepectful. I didnt and dont even know her but never really got to talk to her when i buying my car. But i asked other finance dude about my money, she got offended. She was sitting down on the car hood in front of her office. She would just gets in the conversation, almost yelling at me and other finance guy. Which we are like 10 steps away from her. She wouldnt even introduce her name nor ask my name. She wouldnt even try to walk down to us and try to talk. She is a employee there. She is suppose to work for customers not just being bossy and being mean to customers. And there few more bad experiences i had with Toyota of Greenville that i just didnt mention. I already wasted so much time and mileage for your rude workers and dealership. Im not wasting more. This is what i really want to put on the google review. TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, NEVERĀ  PURCHASE CAR HERE!!

Brittany was my service writer and explained everything to a higher level. She saw that I used a mobility scooter and had my Sienna backed Into the inbound lane for no appointments so l could loady scooter. Very much appreciated.
