brought my car in for 100,000 service. I assumed that all fluids in my car would be checkedI was taking a long trip, 100 miles into my trip the windshield wiper fluid light came on.I had to buy a gallon and fill it - it was totally empty. This is unacceptable given how much service from a dealer costs- I feel some of items are simply checked off and NOT checked. This is a simple item to check- very disappointed.

Excellent customer service

Our salesman, Iman Hernandez, was low pressure, informative, knowledgeable, and kind. Genie Edwards worked with us with financing. We were at the very end of her lengthy busy day and she was so much fun. We can’t say enough positive things about both of them. We were driving through only visiting from NC. But everything changed when we saw the 2024 Highlander on the lot. So thankful for such a beautiful vehicle and wonderful people who helped us!

However, the organization & communication from used vehicles department could be better. i had an issue that needed to be fixed, thankfully got it fixed but was a hassle to communicate with the manager & people involved with helping me get it solved.
