Andrew was fantastic! His mechanics were spot on in diagnosis for our Avalon. He told me he would be there in 6:30 am. the following day, and indeed he was there. brought my car in for 100,000 service. I assumed that all fluids in my car would be checkedI was taking a long trip, 100 miles into my trip the windshield wiper fluid light came on.I had to buy a gallon and fill it - it was totally empty. This is unacceptable given how much service from a dealer costs- I feel some of items are simply checked off and NOT checked. This is a simple item to check- very disappointed.
