My 2024 Tacoma transmission died in route to Costco with 692 miles on the vehicle. Greenville Toyota was excellent in getting me into diagnosis the problem, provide a loaner while the replacement transmission was installed, and then handled the vehicle replacement with Southeast Toyota's assistance under the Lemon Law. .The substitution of vehicle went very smoothly and everyone at Greenville Toyota was professional and understanding of this unusual situation.

Our 2008 Highlander effectively died. We felt it was time to purchase a newer more reliable vehicle. Steve Merritt had Steve Spurling contact us. The car we wanted was not available at the dealership and had to be ordered. The first Rav4 was damaged in shipment. Steve worked with us to locate another Rav4 that met our needs. Steve provided us a loaner Camry for 2 weeks while we waited for the car to arrive. Steve kept is well informed during this process. Steve was great to work with and I would recommend him to others.
