When I came to pick it up, there were 5 service managers behind their desks. Not 1 of them ask what they could do for me or even acknowledged me. After waiting about 5 minutes, I asked about my vehicle & then was told to give them another minute. Seriously thinking about going somewhere else.

It was a long wait to get 2023 Sienna.However, "Toyota Greenville" dealership had no mark up price and applied other applicable discounts. They've constantly updated the status of wait list.I'm from Georgia and almost all dealership here had markup price due to COVID related supply chain delays.Sienna offers both minivan + SUV experience with Hybrid+AWD and rugged design. The car is worth the wait.
