The battery failed on my 2018 Camry. I call my Service tech for a new battery installation. Michael got me in quickly; the price was a little high but Southeastern Toyota provided a lifetime warranty so I felt the price delta was not unreasonable. The only complaint is the time to install. It took 1 and a 1/2 hours to check out and install. The original estimate was 1 hour. And I was waiting on the car in the customer lounge so it was a matter of expectations set and not met. This is a minor inconvenience, not a situation of intense dissatisfaction.

Coffee area was empty and messy. Sat at a chair next to a table and the table was full of cup rings! This was at 7am! ☹
