I trust the work done by your service department. That is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT considering I was lied to by the dealership in Taylors, and I gave them a review detailing the deception. Great experience! Went in to clean out my 2018 tundra that was totaled and decided to take a look at trucks and left with a 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport. Love it!

I had a simple oil change and needed to have the pressure in my tires checked and filled. Each visit it seems that new extra services are either needed or suggested, while others that were suggested previously are not recommended. This makes me wonder if some of these services are just a way to cost me extra money? My vehicle is no longer under an extended warranty so I purchased a new 3rd party warranty to cover high-end repairs.
