Great attention from the personnel. They are very nice and friendly. Regarding to the paperwork: I am a first time buyer in USA, I would appreciate to know the steps to follow and the papers needed to do the agreement. Nobody told me what papers to bring. Also I would want to know the terms of any payment before I sign papers. This time I knew the monthly payment until the end. That way I could compare with other agencies. Anyway, I am happy with the car and with the attention.
