I had no problems with my service, but I was told I could not make an appointment to have my recall checked at the time of my service. Then, right before I took the car in, I was told I could I just don’t like being told two different things.

I love Anastasia. She’s so helpful and kind. I’m glad that Toyota has women service techs. She’s able to make it easier to understand. The only reason I drive from Inman to Greenville for my 4Runner is because of Sherwood and now Anastasia!

THE SERVICE AGENT INFORMED ME FROM THE START HOW LONG THE WAIT WOULD BE. HE CONTACTED ME ON THE PHONE WHEN IT WAS READY. HE TALKED A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY TIRE CONDITIONS AND MAYBE GETTING NEW TIRES WHEN THE NEXT BUY THREE GET ONE FOR A DOLLAR OCCURS.

It was awesome! I got in quickly and the issue was confirmed and repaired sooner than expected. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.
