I had Anastasia as my service rep, I had a question and she answered it so much more easier than one of the men I asked. Service was great as usual. Prices are high for me as a disabled veteran, but I would prefer that if it’s theirs issues that it would be on Toyota and not have to pay twice from someone else.I usually have Sherwood but I do like Anastasia and hope that she stays there for a long time for other women. Nice to see more women in the service department.

Two hours for an oil and filter change and a new backup bulb is too long.

Wonderful service, prompt and customer oriented. Aware of my time.I gave a 4 star because I have to return to let them recalibrate my “Maintenance reminder” , they did not reset and it is annoying to leave it on. I have to return and wait in line for service.
