I was disappointed to have trouble with tailgate so soon after purchase and the cost to repair.The repair man was very nice and helpful and repairs were made in a timely manner.

Was easy dealing with Stephen Merritt. Felt like he was telling me the truth on repairs of car.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had scheduled at 12:15. When I arrived I was informed that it would be an hour and a half wait. I had requested that if this was not sufficient time for me to be gone by 1:30 to let me know ahead of time so I could reschedule. The lady with whom I worked with was super helpful and was able to get me in and out within about 35 minutes so that I could get to school and pick my kids up.
