First new Toyota purchase from this location. This was however our 11th new Toyota. Steven Spurling and Rebecca Bugg did an exceptional job not only earning our business with this purchase, but most likely our future new car purchases as well. Steven communicated well throughout the process and helped us work to get the deal we wanted. We had a slight misunderstanding when going in to complete our paperwork, but Rebecca Bugg stepped in quickly to present several options that worked out better for us and the dealership as well. Was there for a tire rotation, and to check the air filter ...possibility that mice had been in my car I was told this would take an hour and 30 minutes.. was disappointed it was over 2 hours
