THE SERVICE AGENT INFORMED ME FROM THE START HOW LONG THE WAIT WOULD BE. HE CONTACTED ME ON THE PHONE WHEN IT WAS READY. HE TALKED A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY TIRE CONDITIONS AND MAYBE GETTING NEW TIRES WHEN THE NEXT BUY THREE GET ONE FOR A DOLLAR OCCURS.

Napoleon and Danny were awesome to work with! They both went above and beyond, as did the guys on the shop washing and getting my car ready!!

It was awesome! I got in quickly and the issue was confirmed and repaired sooner than expected. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.

I bought a car from you guys a used car it had to be serviced and due to some miss information I drove twice to the dealership and both times it wasn't ready . JD took charge of the situation and had the car delivered . After getting the car delivered the check engine light was on I called JD immediately and he promised he would handle the situation .. At the end JD made sure I was taken care of I left with a better car than the one I originally purchased all I an say is INTERGRITY. 5 STARS Very Trustworthy stand on their word will buy again with Toyota of Greenville.
