It took a little bit longer than usual — but it was the Fourth of July week so it's understandable. Other than that everything was solid.

Called in to see if you had a Sequoia, the guy that answered the phone said you had one. That was extent of our conversation. When I arrived at the store later, we met Jody and liked him, he went to get the car and upon his return the other salesman was there saying he will handle our sale. I told him no and that Jody was our salesman. I really had no intention of buying a vehicle that day but liked Jody. That whole situation caused by the other salesman was very awkward. I am a salesman for 35 years, that was not cool.

In the past 10 years of owning Toyota’s service has been great with no major issues.
