The employees in the service bay were kind, gracious, knowledgable, and helpful. When I came in for my recall visit, I was told that it would take about one and a half hours. I was there for five. I didn't understand the delay. No one came to explain as I was sitting in the dealership. The service seems successful, and the car ran smoothly. The team was gracious when I left.

My part with Jeff Wright was very pleasant.But my part with Ed Donald was very rushed.So when I got home and looked over the paperwork to see why my payment increased $200.00 more than my previous payment in my Honda. I see where Ed added the APP. My husband stepped out to take a phone call and before he stepped out he told Ed & me that he only wanted the first option. So while he was out of the room Ed kept trying to sell me on the package that covered tires and wheels. And explained that his wife was bad about rubbing the curbs. So I told him no I just wanted the first one. The next thing I know Ed said let me call and talk to Jeff. And I heard Ed say they took that package can you go ahead and add that bugaboo.(meaning quickly I guess) And then he said he was given us 2 extra oil changes & 4 tire rotations for free and it was a $110.00 value. So when I get home I see a charge for $110.00 for oil change and $880.00. For the APP package. I am very upset about this. I called and left a message for Ed to call me back but needless to say he never called. The reason I am sure about what I ask for in the packages is because I recorded our whole conversation.Now the next disturbing problem with this company is I looked on my online backing and saw where Honda took out a payment on the Honda that I traded into your company on Oct 17. I bought my Toyota Van on Oct 7. So I called Renee your pay off clerk twice on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. She finally called me back Wednesday.10/23 And said she was mailing the payoff check today. I ask why it was taking so long. And she explained she had been on vacation and some other reason I don’t remember what she said. I gave your company the payoff on the 7th and I’m sure they will be expecting more money now. They took a payment out of my checking act like I said on Oct 17th. So if they are expecting more money I will contact your company and let you pay it. Because that payoff check should have gone out on time. And I would like an explanation as to why Ed added that package without me knowing it. And one more question when Ed called and told them to do the APP we were walking out to get in our new car in about 30 minutes. I don’t understand how they could add the protection on inside and out in that little time. And the seats and interior was dry. I would appreciate some response to this review.

Visit was great Mr Andrew was very professional kept me up dated while servicing my car he provided me with great information on my repairs for my car yes I would recommend him to my friend that have a toyota

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up that they found a major issue. It took all day to fix, but they were able to uber me home and back so I didn't have to wait there all day. Service liason was great, very responsive and helpful.

Upon arrival it took me telling multiple people I was looking for a specific service advisor before Andrew being told I was there. M other consistent complaint is the amount of time things take. I was there for an oil change only and the appointment took around 2 hours.Note: Andrew's communication and demeanor were exceptional as always.

From the moment I pulled in for service I was greeted by a very nice young lady who kept me informed of what was being done and some things that needed to be done.
