Had ToyotaCare as part of my truck purchase in 2023. However, at the 15,000 mile service, I was told it did not include wheel balancing which they said was needed. Seems like false advertising to me.

Micah really knew her stuff. She helped me make decisions on what I needed to have done while I was there. Will request her in the future. She made my whole experience extremely positive. She did not push me for anything I did not want….. but showed me things I would not have thought of to do.
