My advisor Jesse made my experience wonderful this time

This was my 1st oil change for my Toyota Highlander. The service was outstanding. I was directed to pull inside. A young man was already prepared for my arrival. They sent a link to be able to track the service. It was super efficient and easy. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy maintenance service

Joe was very patient and worked with us. I actually had no intention of buying a vehicle on my visit. I just wanted to test drive a particular vehicle. He offered an arrangement that I could not refuse.I highly recommend Joe Delaney as a salesman.

Carlos Fredericks was great to work with to buy my new used car. He listened to what I needed, wanted, and to my concerns in order to help me find something that would meet those qualifications. Once choosing my car, he came back to me with the monthly payment where I asked for it to be the FIRST time. It took awhile to get everything done, but besides that, this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Much thanks to Carlos!

It was amazing not a long wait

I already filled out a review, but I’ll do it again in order to make sure the salesperson who helped me gets our positive feedback.After trying to work with another dealership and another dealer at Toyota of Greenville, I got tired of waiting to hear back from someone and decided to call. I was connected to Sylvie Phengthalangsy, and she made things happen more quickly than anyone previously. She doesn’t usually sell new cars, yet she went out of her way to find us the vehicle we knew we wanted.
