Overall it was very good. Communication was great and fast. I was annoyed that they cut the the plastic clip where my lower bumper attaches to my skid plate and then also did not put back the 2 outside screws so now that part of my bumper is not attached. And I should have caught it but I thought the $89 charge to fix my rattling heat guard was to replace it not to unscrew it and throw it away and put nothing back. But technically when I looked back that is what the service said it was doing. So that’s on me.
