Charles was great he gave me a good breakdown of what the issue was and also ensured that I was assisted properly by the mechanic.

Not only did the service advisor (Brittany Anderson) had acknowledged that I needed an oil change and an automatic transmission fluid changeout/replacement, but had reminded me that I didn't need to have a tune-up, since I had already had the spark plugs replaced on my last visit! I appreciated the fact that she advised me to have the coolant replaced (according to one of the technicians), so I had that done as well.Overall, my experience was outstanding at Toyota of Greenville!
