Everything went as expected for changing the oil on my 2012 RAV4 at the special offer price. The pictures for the multipoint inspection were useful and the service person, Jesse Reitmeier was polite. (Plus the coffee from the machine in the lobby while waiting is very good.) I'm a DIY type guy and a hard sell for additional services. I buy parts from TOG's parts department when the price is competitive.

They took the time to make explain my warranty . This is why I continue to purchase Toyotas
