I was vety disappointed. My car was brought in for regular maintence check and get my tires rotated.I was told next visit I would probly need brakes nothing else.When I get inside my car 1 of my hub caps on passenger side..Went back asked about it person that worked on car said it was broke and couldnt get back and tried to say was already broke but if that was the case it would have came off begore.I'm currently waiting to get hubcabs replaced really dont feel like I should have to pay for service for my inconvience.

Service advisor started out great by scheduling me to come in for repairs immediately under recall but when I arrived for my appointment he was not interested in seeing the vehicle and I felt he was in a hurry and dismissive. I tried to point out a couple spots I wanted to pay to have repaired while the car was there and asked for a quote but never got one and damage was just painted over. After arriving home I noticed all my window trim was bent from removal for paintwork.

I had a mirror replaced on the passenger side of my Rav 4 but that side was never cleaned off after the work was done.

Brandon was able to save me money on my service. Very grateful
