“I appreciate the effort, but I’ve had to return multiple times for the same A/C issue, and it still isn’t fixed. I’ve spent significant time and money—about $300—without resolution. The last visit took a week, and the problem persists. I ask for fair compensation for my wasted time and costs, in line with what’s fair. I hope we can resolve this properly.”

I took my car in for a recall and Michael C. told me it would take 4 hours. I wasn’t thrilled with that but I knew he better than I did. It was done in 3.5 hours and I was on my way. Michael has always kept me informed which makes things better
