Got the services I came for at the advertised price. Wonderful experience not being hassled for things I didn’t need when stated I did not need anything extra.

Bryan Alvarez was very pleasant to deal with and an excellent service manager. The only issue I had was with the technician that aired my rear tires. The right rear tire’s value cap came off in my driveway and the value cap on my left rear tire was loose and not tightened properly. Luckily I saw the value cap in my driveway and replaced it. I tightened the other loose valve cap. Both front tires had their valve caps tightened properly.

It was nice of you to offer me an Uber to take me home because the repair took a very long time; it was impossible to stay in the office for that long.

Did an oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic found some other issues in the checklist that I need to work sometime in the future when more funds are available.
