Ben is great. I trust him and I know he wants to help me. This rating is not a reflection of him.This rating is due to making an appointment for a standard oil change and tire rotation and having it take 2 hours. That is too long when I pass at least 4 quick change places to get to the dealership. I don’t have a lot of extra time right now.
