My service advisor Shawn was great. Her service was 5 stars! The wait time was just too long. Had an appointment time at 830 (arrived at 826 so they could get the information they needed from the car) and didn't leave until 1143.

Well my experience in general was poor, I was expecting better service from this brand but nothing yet, a lot of back and for to get my appointment, to wait for someone to come and pick me up, ended in a new call and wait for 20 min for and answer, so hopefully next time will be better
