Representative didn’t believe the price I was paying thinking the offer was over. Despite me having an email from his company telling me my price and about my service. Representative told me I needed to have some other document that sent to customers though I’ve been there before to do the exact same thing with the info I showed him

Great service, got a software update on my Camry and it was fantastic and very easy. Communication through the car tracking website and over the phone could have been better though. Overall wonderful service.
