I only gave it a 4star because I was not kept up update in my deep. I ended with checking the app that I received as a text and upon checking it to see if my car was ready it was wrong. I had yo call myself to find out

Andrew Coffelt was extremely helpful to me. My appointment was at 4:30 PM. My car was not ready until 6:10 PM. Andrew was very apologetic and I appreciated it. I had a meeting at 7:00 PM. Because of Andrew’s concerns I was able to arrive to my meeting on time.
