Great communication

Jason worked with me and he was great in helping and explaining to me why the thing that was done to my suv was important to have done. He was a very compassionate person. Very knowledgeable about his job.

Staff was nice, but a three-hour weight for a tire rotation is ridiculous. Ralph Hayes Toyota of Anderson would have had me in and out within an hour. Probably won’t return to this location.
