Great customer service as always!

Started appointment on time when I arrived at 8. They looked over my car and said my air filter was dirty so we replaced it. Fixed a rear light that was out. Gave me carbon time for great service. Thanks to Brittany for checking in an keeping up with my service. I also thank the great mechanics who work on my car , it's always perfect.

Came in mid morning with dead battery. Had to keep over night to replace battery under hood.

I really liked how knowledgeable and kind my checkin person was. I do wish that I could actually trust the reports though. Some of the things Toyota puts in the red zone other second opinions don’t agree with.
