Representative didn’t believe the price I was paying thinking the offer was over. Despite me having an email from his company telling me my price and about my service. Representative told me I needed to have some other document that sent to customers though I’ve been there before to do the exact same thing with the info I showed him

Great service, got a software update on my Camry and it was fantastic and very easy. Communication through the car tracking website and over the phone could have been better though. Overall wonderful service.

3:45 appt for oil change. I have a sensor lite on , they evaluated. At 7:30 finally got car back, no charge because it took so long . Sent a email w over 1000$ of stuff needed but nothing about a sensor. I know they took my bumper off ?? My fan now makes a noise when I turn it on ? I call the advisor but they will not connect me to her and i never receive the call back What were they doing to my car for that long

Was there for a few minor items and had an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and was there for 8 hours! The saving grace was Anastasia. She was helpful and worked to get everything taken care of. Great customer service.
