I could not be more pleased with my recent visit. I have been dealing with this service department for over 15 years and have never had a better experience with the service rep I had than this time around. She explained everything in deep detail and kept me up to date. One of the nicest persons I have ever meet.

Everything I initially came for was great. Oil change, check on the car (recently bought from carmax) so I wanted everything to be checked from Toyota.Where I am disappointed is I had the cabin filter replaced, it was full of leaves. Before coming for a service, I had no leaves in my blower fan. When I left, all I can hear while using the A/C is leaves in my blower motor. The A/C was turned on when an employee drove the vehicle around and I imagine a service tech heard it as well. So it’s disappointing that I imagine 2 employees heard the issue, but chose not to fix it or say anything about it. If I had not left my house at 10pm the prior day, and it being 4pm the following day when I left the dealership I would have turned back around and had this fixed.I’m satisfied with what I came for, disappointed in the lack of attention to the blower fan.
