Came in at 6:45 am and it was almost a 4 hr wait but had added some recommended services. Comfortable atmosphere to wait in and great communication from reps.

Crystal Evans helped me get a new battery for my Toyota RAV4 at my Toyota of Greenville dealership. It was a very busy Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment, but I was taken care of as quickly as possible. I really appreciate that.

My representative was awesome and very helpful. He is very kind and he went over and above to help me program my clock in my car.

Service was much faster than I expected. My only concern is that on the paperwork it has that the wiper blades were changed and they were not. I had a slight knick in one of them and it is still there and they don't have the new wiper look. Not a big deal in itself BUT the only reason I bought this time from toyota of greenville is because Ralph Hayes pulled several deceptive Service scams on me. I ended up marketing objects on my car and ended up calling them on it. And swore to them that I would never step foot on their lot again. I am just hoping that this is not a toyota thing.
