Came in for oil change, tire rotation. My service manager was Steve Barton. Love Steve. He is conscientious of other peoples money and not aggressive about services that are not needed. He does not try to rip you off like others at Toyota of Greenville...like another sevice manager whose name begins with an "A".Anyway, he is the only one I like to deal with; others there should take lessons from Steve. He is one of the best!

Quick, efficient, good communication, and a real care for customer comfort (great lounge, workstations, beverages, etc.). The process seems to run like clockwork, and it looks like you could eat off the shop floor!

I had to get a new tire because somehow I got a nail in it and it was in a spot that couldn’t be plugged. I have tires warranty so it was no cost, but the warranty department took a long time to approve the warranty on my tires and my wait time was 3 hours.

My Toyota rep did a great job explaining to me about the steps with the TSB.
