On a Monday morning, I got into my 2003 4Runner and started it but it would not go into a gear. The gear shifter was just ‘loose’. I decided the best thing to do was to have it towed to Toyota of Greenville for diagnosis and repair. I contacted the Service Dept and spoke to Jesse R. He was so helpful and said that he could set up a tow for us that day to have it brought it in. Once my vehicle arrived to the Service Dept I received a text from Jesse letting me know that my vehicle was now in their possession. The following day he let me know that we would have a diagnosis for my vehicle that day and he would follow up after that. He kept his word and followed up regarding the issue and let me know that the part was not available but could be ordered and would arrive the next day. I let him know to please move forward with the part and the repair. On the following day, before lunch, Jesse reached out again to let me know the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup!! I was completely blown away that the repair was so quick. Jesse was amazing from the very beginning with his professionalism and communication! He was empathetic and understood the need for me to able to get my vehicle repaired quickly and back on the road! He is an absolute asset to the Service Dept at Toyota of Greenville.

I used the shuttle service to go visit my mom and it was very convenient. The link for the pick up didn’t work but when I called they were happy to set it up for me.
