Was told one price when the part was ordered and the service ended up being triple what was quoted. $190 to install a battery tie down seems insanely extreme. Not to mention I had an appointment but was there for almost two hours and it took me asking for an ETA before the guy realized my car was done. This visit convinced me to find another mechanic. Obviously yall don’t care about your customers time and the miscellaneous and shop charges that are added on are just insane. Absolutely terrible.
