Service was a 5 - reaching out when an issue was detected, scheduling, greeting, updates, completion time.Disappointed that I had a recall appointment / repair and then another appointment to fix the recall repair (time, inconvenience).Toyota / your dealership should consider offering gift cards to local restaurants or maybe a car wash at your dealership to compensate for time / inconvenience.

I took my tundra in for a broken driver side door handle, and the side mirrors comming apart. I was told that they checked and fixed the driver side mirror but needed to order the part for the door handle and passenger side mirror. They said that the parts should be in the nexd day. When I got home that evening I noticed the "fixed" driver side mirror had separated again. I called and let you know. later that night I received a message that they needed to order the part for the "fixed" door mirror and that I could wait until that part came in to bring my truck back in. I let them know that the door not opening was a safety hazard and needed it fixed ASAP. I brought the truck back the next day and they fixed the broken door and replaced the upper cowling on the passenger side mirror. Before I left the dealership I checked the mirror and it separated with just a slight touch. I pointed it out to the CSR and she had the service tech look at it and he confermed that it was still faulty.The new replacement parts have been ordered but are on back order.I have always assumed that the mechanics at the dealerships are top notch, but I just can't understand why they don't double check their work.

Everything went well as requested , but it required a two hour wait. My wife and I had the time to spare so it was not that much of an inconvenience.
