The service just takes to long

Toyota at Greenvile their service are excellent. The Advisors Michael and Jason explain every detail on my car issues and the repairs was excellent. Thank you guys so much.

Great help reviewing all the necessary maintenance steps needed.The only complaint I have is how the referral to the body shop was explained. I thought I was going to be able to get the work done that afternoon. Turns out it was only to get an appointment for an estimate. The man there was very rude and wouldn’t even admit that you had talked to him until I pressed him.He did recommend that I go back to the body shop where the car was repaired in the first place and that they should fix it for free.

My service could not have been better thanks to Andrew. Definitely hope to have him help me out in the future and that was my best service experience at Toyota yet!
