I had an 11:15 appointment. Didnt hear anything until 1:26 pm. Thats when i got the first text with the inspection report. Left at 2.38 pm. Seemed like a long time to get oil change, rotation and balance. My bill says i was charged 39$ for creating wait time too.

I had scheduled a oil change and tire rotationWhen I arrived for my 8:15AM appointment I was greeted by Micah. She was very pleasant and professional. She asked if I needed a ride to work or was staying till the service was complete. I told her I had a ride to work.
