We were on our way to Clemson when our Toyota started making a terrible noise! We made it to the Toyota place and they fit us in and made our SUV brand new! Great service and great people! Shawn was awesome!

My Rep was Shawn @ Toyota of Greenville, Shawn Definately goes BEYOND ! While waiting for my rotation Shawn brought info to me regarding the remainder of my free oil changes, brought her personal phone charger to recharge my phone. Upon inspection the tech found more a serious problem needed for repair and Shawn called on warranty to determine if repair were covered and set up a car rental for me, can’t say enough great things!

Steve Merritt always provides excellent care and service PLUS he is trustworthy and makes sure I receive service that will keep me safe.
