Terrible service and communication. I have no idea what all was done with my truck. What’s the point of having an appt if it’s going to take 2 hours plus for a simple oil change service? The generic response is that you have too many cars to work on. Then change the volume of appts you take! Bottom line… you guys don’t care. Thanks for nothing. I won’t be back.

Anastasia Streblow was helpfully honest about the time to complete the service. Also she did not charge for a wheel alignment that was only marginally out of spec.
