Charles Pipitone was friendly, helpful and professional.

Stephen Merritt is always very helpful and nice when I come by. My dad takes care of my family’s car but he is not in Greenville, and Stephen is patient and kind as we try to figure out the car’s servicing both with me and my dad. I never have to worry about coming to get my car serviced because I know he will make sure everything is taken care of.

I came in for a normal service on my 2023 Tacoma( that I bought from another dealer)and I have a couple of questions about a cable connection that continues to come loose. No one knew exactly what it was for but Shawn Roller did not let that stop her from finding out what it was for and why it was installed. She called the dealership that I purchased my truck from and it took more time than I thought ( never have I had a experience like this where the service went above and beyond what I would expect someone to) . The issue was taken care of only because my service manager (Shawn)persisted on taking care of the customer!!!!!Thank you again Shawn wish I could give you 10 star review
