Everytime I get my car serviced, very pleasant experience, does not matter who's is taking care of us, whole team is wonderful

Cory Thompson was an outstanding salesman. He was personable and knowledgeable. We didn’t plan on buying the day we were looking, but he helped make it happen. Same for the Business Manager. We appreciate Toyota of Greenville, SC!

It would have been helpful if they told me where to go, as I told them multiple times I hadn't had service there before. So trying to find the waiting room, trying to find the desk, and then trying to find out what they meant when they said I'll meet you down to the right. I had shown up at 630 and there was a line of cars so they met me outside and I didn't realize there was the service desk inside so I felt a little lost. Otherwise, it was fine
