I was shocked to see a charge for "misc" on my bill. I ask about it and it was for shop supplies. They should be in the price of the service item. This was a charge that made me very unhappy. I have be using Toyota of Greenville for a while. Not sure i need to come back.

I sat for the hours for an appointment before the text message progress chart moved from step one to step two. It never told me service was being done or completed. Good thing Tori came to tell me it was ready. I liked him c

I brought my vehicle in to have a rattling sound checked out only for the service staff to tell me they heard no sound and still charge me over $100 for the service. Not only this, but the service representative I spoke with told me it was because my vehicle was old and that it was likely a loose piece in the dashboard. Therefore, acknowledging that there was a sound and that it was something to simply be ignored. As soon as I left the dealership lot, I continued to hear this rattling sound. Very disappointed and my time/money was wasted.
