Rent too high ! Needs more cleaning. Hallways dirty. Elevator dirty and not working. Trash area’s always dirty and smelly. Stains on carpets on hallways.

I would like to speak with the corporate office. I actually have their phone number and I will probably be giving them a call. Somebody needs to come fix my water or I will call a plumber and send you the bill. It has been a constant issue since the day that I picked up the keys. If I decide to stay here, it will be will not be increased what should be given an incentive with the way that I that I have had to endure while having a 10 month old and18 month old. There were weeks that I had to call for help or lug my baby of stairs because he didn’t know how to walk unable to get groceries. I am very unhappy. Now I can’t even cook for my baby and I have kitchen cleaner all over my sink, which is not safe while having a baby. I can’t do my dishes. This is insane.

Fix the elevator

The noise from the upstairs neighbors has become unbearable and has seriously affected my ability to rest. This is one of the most important reasons why I’m planning to move out.

Reward long time tenants, be more effective about disgusting trash room misuse and loud neighbors than strongly worded emails that do nothing.

The manager and the staff managing the front desk at the property needs to be trained to be professionals. He is only professional when he needs you to write another rent check because the one you handed in person was misplaced by the staff. Why am I having to cancel my check and pay my bank to holding the check previously written because of mistakes/oversight of the staff on-site? Also, constant breakdown of elevators and false alarms going off the facility is unacceptable. I asked to be put in contact with Regional Management/Jay’s manager and have not heard back.
