The manager and the staff managing the front desk at the property needs to be trained to be professionals. He is only professional when he needs you to write another rent check because the one you handed in person was misplaced by the staff. Why am I having to cancel my check and pay my bank to holding the check previously written because of mistakes/oversight of the staff on-site? Also, constant breakdown of elevators and false alarms going off the facility is unacceptable. I asked to be put in contact with Regional Management/Jay’s manager and have not heard back.
