Maintenance team always comes quickly when I submit a work request. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very clean when completing repairs. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and the maintenance team at Tralee is unmatched.

The maintenance team here at Tralee Village are knowledgeable & great! They are very responsive. My washer/dryer unit needed to be replaced. It was immediately ordered & installed in a timely manner. I’m very appreciative of the maintenance & management team.

Our work order was completed and worked initially for about 12 hours and now we are experiencing the same issue. Hoping to resolve the problem again

If the property management had a bit more professionalism and a little less misogyny when speaking to a newly single mother my experience would have been great. Victoria has been nothing but helpful. Jay Julian on the other hand has raised his voice to me because they think I don’t know California inhabitable move in conditions/laws is unprofessional and should be investigated. How interesting when I told him what I saw when moving in which was a man checking for water damage he said “I’m doing too much and asking for too much” while raising his voice at me and not letting me speak(which is a common occurrence) when I was in fact telling him a statement and not asking for anything. As soon as my now separated from husband went to the office for clarification his voice was calm, collected, professional. Please note that women can also know real estate laws. This is not how anyone let alone a brand new resident should be treated. I move in and get a note on my car stating “this is an assigned parking spot and your car may get towed” even though I parked in the space number provided to me by property management. My apartment is filled with ants and was not ready for me to move in on my move in date because a water leak was not disclosed to me. This has NOT been a good experience.

We enjoy our apartment and the area overall, but having the elevator not working all the time has been a huge pain for our family for health reasons. This is something that has to be working properly at all times and we expect it to be fixed for good for the high amount of money we pay for the Apartment right now. We will have a baby soon and the decision of living in this community or moving away will highly depend on the working elevator, as bringing the baby and the stroller up to the fourth floor in our hands will be a huge problem. Another consideration is the price, when we moved here we did not know the situation in the market and now that we have lived here for almost a year, we realise that we pay a rather high price for the apartment so any sort of discounts or loyalty programs will be highly appreciated and considered when we choose where to move for the next year.
