Most of this is great but as a provider I usually do not have time to participate in these activities. Also looking at raises for providers would be a great incentive.I did not like any of the options for question number 1.

Some things I think would motivate staff is maybe performance incentives such as bonus for meeting certain goals

I really loved the ideas in this quiz. They feel fun, realistic, and actually doable. Recognizing staff and adding in friendly competition can make a huge difference in morale and help people feel more seen and appreciated. I also think this could be a great way to bring our different locations together so we feel more like one team instead of separate entities.

I would love mental health days every month or quarter. I am really not interested in other incentives besides mental health days. I only picked the others because I could not submit without choosing something. Most of the incentives listed become a popularity contest and if people in the office arent well liked then they are never recognized. I would love TCCH to address real office problems such as leaving people out by only speaking Spanish amongst themselves or hiding items that others need throughout the day. I would also encourage TCCH to give providers raises. These are the providers that come in everyday and work hard, without these providers TCCH would not exist.

Monetary raises to top performing employees, a fair and equitable standard of pay that is applicable to experience and years in practice. If not able to provide a monetary raise, extra PTO, CEU time would be appreciated. The same staff members do the majority of the work month after month, year and year. We should be rewarded for our continued hard work and efforts.
