A Therapy Dog at work day. Go to different sites on a quarterly basis.(not the whole day. spaced out between sites for an hour or two, depending how much staff at each site).

Increase time off / PTO accrual / paid holidays. Give everyone (both hourly and salary staff) 1-hour lunches. Provide additional admin time for providers which can be customized to what works best for each provider's schedule

performance based raises as an incentive. it is demotivating when you work hard and the slacker gets the same raise.
