Think more incentives for Providers. If meet productivity quotas 3 months in row earn 1 day paid off or half a day paid.... We used to have policy if came into office day of appt worked 4 hours then remainder of day covered for either am or afternoon. This policy was removed years ago but good benefit. Bonuses for meeting budgeted made more than earning etc... goals annually.

I think true incentives would feel like rewards to staff. I don't feel it's fair for provider to watch front desk receive gift cards worth $100.00 every week while being told raises aren't possible. I would be more than glad to miss out on a gift card if it meant the providers providing care are taken care of too and feel appreciated and seen as they should and I'm more than positive ( unless geed n selfishness is in the picture) other receptionist would say and sacrifice the same thing as they sacrificed a raise for us to get one. I feel all of us deserve an extra day off here n there not just providers. We all work here we all get tired we all know how some pts can be, were all simply human, burnout is real stress is real. I know we are AT work a lot, but we are not our work, we are still individuals with mental and physical health. If it means a 4/10 so be it, I'm more than positive no one would complain (lol). I feel as if also, a lot of big companies have "special events" for employees AND their families, it's a good way to bring us together as a real team, there's people in this company I've never even heard of....I'm not okay with that considering we are colleagues, I should know the name and face....a good way to actually not just be a team but a community that we say we are dedicated to and apart of as well. That's all I got for ya!

All TCCH employees should be sliding scale A, not all employees can afford insurance or Sliding scale D.

In my opinion incentives should be rewarded bi-weekly.

Annual summer family picnic to possibly include well behaved pets, pot luck luncheons at all locations weekly or monthly, wearing regular appropriate dress clothes to Holiday party in December, perhaps a team event or outing as a group at each site, offer Sat morning bridge or boardwalk walkers or a bike ride
