Since we have been using this facility we have very positive thing to say. The staff have always been very accommodating in particular Dre is always very friendly and courteous and look for ways to ensure the customer service experience is outstanding. After more 7 months, we finally get to move our stuff to our new place but we are very pleased with the way the staff and management always went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Facility assumed no responsibility for water leak from old brick wall in unit. That leak ruined many of my favorite things, with mold destroying everything nearby. A hole was cut by someone in the metal part of the unit to the outside. That hole let in a bird that nested in the unit. Why was there a hole in the metal? Was it for ventilation? I would never again use such a facility in disrepair unless you want your prize possessions ruined.
