The storage units can be cleaner. The floor was caving in. I found rat droppings on my furniture. The grace period for billing needs to be better. They calling soon as the bill due same day when the payments don’t go through. The pricing needs to be better .

1. Elevator is always broken And you have to walk far just to get to your unit storage.2. I don't know how rats get in, but there was rats poops all over my units storage. When I don't store no food inside my storage.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is big and clean.
