The cubesmartreceptionist was excellent, he advertised CubeSmart self storage detailing everything so you understood the contract, I loved his service Mr Andre ,he's very good

They discontinued my account because I would get tired from cleaning my unit and relax for a little bit. They have a Korean guy who harass you while you at your unit

I witness one of your employees give exceptional customer service in the Paterson NJ location. The customer did not speak English, and the employee used Google Translate to assist her but when the customer started to be difficult the employee never flustered and called a coworker on the phone who spoke Spanish and was able to assist the customer.The employee apologized to me and another customer who was also waiting.
