Donna received excellent care! It was obvious the staff was not only professional but also cared for the patient. We saw her progress each visit we made. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We have recommended to others if they had to have a family member in rehab, The Trellis is where you would want them.

This place is new and everything work good, had no problems and it was good to stay in. The food was good I ate every bit of it. The nursing care was real good. I would recommend this place to other people.

Trellis has been wonderful to recouperate at. The equivalent to a 5 star hotel, the caring and knowledgeable nursing staff have bent over backwards to see that I was always comfortable to the best of their ability. The therapy department made sure that I always worked hard and excelled at each level necessary to return home in better shape than I’ve been in a long time. My only complaint was that the kitchen staff seemed to ignore my wishes . I definitely recommend Trellis to everyone.
