Thank you to the entire staff at Trellis, the wonderful nurses, physical therapy staff, administration staff, Danica, Eric and Bill. We are very blessed that my mother’s treatment and experience was above and beyond our expectation. My mother broke her femur and we didn’t think that she would recover quickly. Due the loving and caring therapy and care she has really progressed greatly and regained her health. Thank you and god bless.

I liked the help you get here and the way people treat you. If I ever have to choose a place I will choose Trellis Chino over any other place. The cordially about the people is great and when ever you need something they are there. This place is perfect and they take care of you and it need no improvement it’s perfect.
