I would rate this place at 10. I’m going to miss you all. I will recommend this place to everyone and if I ever have to come back I will come to trellis. You guys make amazing salads, but the last two weeks the food seems really salty otherwise everything was good. I’m taking Gladys and Liz home with us to be our nurse in home 😊 Just kidding wish we could but they really were great.

Julie and Abby are very very nice and helpful. the nurses and therapy everyone was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Caregivers are really great here and open to Education and teaching and learning. The food here is so so breakfast was great. Therapy was really good as well I enjoyed my stay here. it was rocky at first but turned out to be great
