Service, care, staff, is top Koch. From the time I arrived 19 days ago I couldn’t have asked for better care. Pt and Ot go above and beyond helping you. CNA and nurses are right there when you need them. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable while I was at Trellis Centennial
