Every issue I've ever had has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I've been renting from Trend for over 10 years.

The entire process was very easy and the few questions we had were responded to in a timely manner.

It would be nice if Trend property management had a physical office and they would answer the phone. No one ever answers the phone. I also don’t like paying above & beyond the agreed up rent amount for “transaction &/or management fees”. These things are extremely frustrating. Other than that, once they do call back, they are great & very nice. I love the property I have rented and very grateful. I feel very much at home and loving it.

We have been living in our property for a little over a year now. Every time we have an issue that needs attention trend is on it ASAP and handles it well!

The personnel at Trend are very responsive, answer questions and resolve issues very quickly. I am happy renting from Trend and recommend them 💯!

Michele was amazing to work with. She answered every question I had during the application and finalization of the rental process. When we moved in we had the master toilet that kept running. We submitted a maintenance request along with two other issues we had. Although it took almost two weeks to fix the toilet, when I make the urgent request regarding the outlet for our laundry room not working they sent an amazing maintenance guy (sorry I cannot remember his name). He fixed all the issues and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. We are very happy to rent with Trend Property so far. Keep up the good work guys. I will definitely recommend ya'll 👍
