Ben was exceptional, communication was perfect, stayed to make sure dishwasher worked and hauled everything off immediately. also, cleaned behind all appliance areas after removal and before installation.

We enjoyed renting from TrendP&M because they were very responsive, offered clear communication, and made our month-to-month interactions smooth and easy. They also made the move-in and move-out process simple and straightforward, which was helpful for our family!

Typically Trend is quick to respond to maintenance requests. I’m not a fan of the pretty much mandatory online payment fee. If you’re going to take away the option to drop off the rent check, you shouldn’t charge tenants a fee just to pay their rent.
