The gentleman that has show up for every case request has been over the top with us. Very polite and helpful getting us to understand the issues and the solutions.

I am really appreciated that our A/C has been worked good so far. But not only this reason. other look so good. for e.g. new fence , very good condition all the rooms,etc... Also thank to Mechanic , David and Zack did their great job. We don't mind to stay here longer more than a year

It was a seamless transition

Very easy to setup a virtual tour, negotiate rent/conditions, review and sign documents, payments via app, and they have been very responsive and fast with maintenance requests through the same app.

No major complaints.

The roof was never replaced but were told by the examiner who came out that the roof definitely needed to replaced. We requested that someone help replace or stabilize part of our fence. This was never done. Fortunately, the neighbor had men work on the fence to help it. The neighbor on the other side replaced her fence.
